What we store
Your name, email address, mobile number, delivery address, body measurements (for Made to Order pieces), order history, and wishlist. Mobile number, address, and body measurements are stored encrypted.
What we use it for
Processing and dispatching your orders, making garments to your measurements, and sending order notifications by email and WhatsApp.
Meta Pixel
Our storefront uses the Meta Pixel to measure visits and purchases and to show our catalog on Facebook and Instagram. It records the pages and products you view, items added to your bag, and completed payments — never your address, measurements, or payment details. You can limit this through your Meta ad settings or a browser tracking blocker.
Your rights
You may view and update your data on your account pages, and request deletion of your account from the Profile & privacy menu. Transaction records are retained without identifying data to meet our tax obligations.
