1. Your Account
Payment may only be made by a patron holding an account. You are responsible for the accuracy of the name, mobile number, delivery address, and body measurements you provide to us.
2. Ready to Ship
- The product price and shipping cost are paid in full at checkout.
- Stock is held for the duration of the payment window. If payment fails or the window closes, the order is cancelled automatically and the stock is released.
- Orders are packed within 1–2 business days after payment is verified. The tracking number is sent by email and WhatsApp.
3. Made to Order — Deposit and Final Payment
- 01Submitting an order creates no charge. We may approve or decline an order based on our quota and production capacity.
- 02For custom measurements we may set a price adjustment at the time of approval. That adjustment does not change once the deposit invoice has been issued.
- 03Once approved, you pay a deposit of 50% of the product price, excluding shipping. Production begins after the deposit is verified.
- 04Once the deposit is received, your measurement data is locked. Any change thereafter may only be made by the atelier and is recorded.
- 05When finishing is complete, we send a completion notice together with the final invoice: the remaining 50% of the product price plus the final shipping cost.
- 06The final payment is settled before dispatch. We ship your piece as soon as the product price and the shipping cost have been paid in full.
4. Returns
Returns and refunds are handled manually by our client care team at concierge@dannique.com. Made to Order pieces with custom measurements cannot be returned except where there is a manufacturing defect.
